Introduction

HOSPERSA requires an ethical, highly competent professional individual for the position of Branding and Marketing Coordinator;

Applications are invited for the position of Branding and Marketing Coordinator. The Branding and Marketing Coordinator will be situated in the Hillcrest National Office.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Candidates applying should hold at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Communications (Minimum NQF Level 6); a Grade 12 certificate; plus
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a branding or marketing coordination position, ideally within a membership-based organisation / trade union.

 

Requirements of the successful candidate

  • Valid Code 08 (E or EB) driver’s licence;
  • Own car and insurance essential;
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong branding, marketing, communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel extensively travel, which include at night and over weekends; and cope with a demanding workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of and sound financial acumen and experience, including financial reports;
