Description
Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
- Drive lead generation programs for commercial leasing
- Build and manage relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners
- Develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies to attract enterprise clients

2. Branding & Asset Positioning
- Define and implement brand strategy for commercial assets in line with TRIL brand ethos
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all assets and touchpoints
- Develop storytelling frameworks to position assets (sustainability, design, experience, location advantage)
- Upgrade on-ground branding including site experience, signage, and customer journey

3. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop integrated marketing plans (digital + offline) for leasing campaigns
- Create marketing collaterals including pitch decks, brochures, virtual tours, and digital assets
- Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners for campaign execution

4. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
- Identify emerging trends in commercial real estate and workplace demand
- Provide actionable insights for pricing, positioning, and tenant targeting

5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams
- Align marketing initiatives with leasing priorities and project timelines
- Act as a bridge between corporate marketing and business teams

6. Budgeting & Performance Tracking
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal cost utilization
- Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI metrics
- Present periodic MIS and dashboards to leadership

- Lead generation and pipeline contribution to leasing
- Brand visibility and asset differentiation

- Campaign ROI and cost per lead efficiency
- Asset readiness for client visits and marketing experience execution

Candidate Profile

Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing / leasing marketing / B2B marketing
- Prior experience in office parks, commercial assets, or Grade A real estate portfolios preferred

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred

Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate ecosystem (IPCs, brokers, enterprise leasing)
- Expertise in brand management, positioning, and campaign strategy
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder alignment skills
