Job Purpose:
- The Brand, Packaging & Social Media Manager at LITTLE WAISTED LLC is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company's market presence and customer engagement. This role involves managing the packaging design process to ensure alignment with brand identity, as well as overseeing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with LITTLE WAISTED LLC's business objectives and enhance brand equity.
- Manage the packaging design process from concept to execution, ensuring all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand and social media initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in branding, packaging, and social media.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, packaging design, and social media strategy.

- Experience in developing and executing brand strategies and packaging solutions in a consumer-focused industry.
