We are looking for our client, a manufacturer of Wellbeing and Eco\-friendly products, a Brand & Marketing Manager.  
<\/div>

<\/div>
Our client is looking for an innovative and hands\-on Brand & Marketing Manager to drive the full marketing and branding strategy for (current and future) in\-house brands (wellbeing and pets) as well as corporate branding.
<\/div>
This is a high\-impact role focused on building strong brand identities, creating compelling presentations, and supporting company growth through new product and category development.
<\/div>

<\/div>
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of building, communicating, and evolving our brands’ stories. You’ll oversee the full spectrum of brand and marketing activities, from developing categories, to crafting engaging presentations and managing packaging content and design.
<\/div>
Your influence will extend beyond traditional branding to include product category management, new category development, and supporting company growth through innovation and excellence in brand execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u>

1. Brand & Marketing Management for our in\-house brands
<\/div>
• Manage Existing In\-House Brands. Oversee all aspects of current brand identities, including tone of voice, visual identity, presentations, catalogs, packaging graphics & content, new product developments within each brand.
<\/div>
• Create New In\-House Brands. Lead the end\-to\-end development of new brands, from initial concept and strategy to full brand creation, including naming, visual identity, packaging, positioning, and trademarking.
<\/div>

<\/div>
2. Support Private Label Customers. Assist in the packaging development, branding input, and marketing support to our private label partners as needed.
<\/div>

<\/div>
3. Category & Growth Development. Identify and develop new product categories to drive company growth, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to optimize brand portfolios
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• 5+ years in brand management and\/or marketing (in\-house brand or retail experience preferred)
<\/div>
• Strong experience in brand management (identity, communication, visual), product management, and category development
<\/div>
• Excellent project management and communication skills
<\/div>
• Creative, detail\-oriented, and strategic thinker
<\/div>
• Impeccable English both spoken and written. Other European languages, incl. French are a strong plus.
<\/div>
• Willingness to travel overseas for trade fairs, customer meetings, and market visits as required.
<\/div>
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality.
<\/div>
• Passionate about products, graphic designs, packaging, brands & branding
<\/div>
• Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and strives for continuous improvement.
<\/div>
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
