Your Will Be’s:


●  Support brand strategy and marketing initiatives across social, community, events, influencers, and campaigns.
●  Assist in managing NoiseJr’s parent community- coordination, engagement, and on-ground event support.
●  Help plan & execute brand events, creator collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
●  Work on communication design- brief designers, review creatives, ensure brand consistency.
●  Research consumer insights, category trends, competitor benchmarks, and product feedback.
●  Draft and refine marketing copy for social, emailers, campaigns, community, and communication assets.
●  Support customer experience projects- review feedback, craft responses, strengthen touchpoints.
●  Manage project timelines, ensure smooth execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
●  Track performance of campaigns, events, influencer initiatives; maintain reports & dashboards.

The Ideal Noisemaker:


●  Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Design, or related field.
●  0–1 year experience in branding, marketing, creator projects, community management, or events (preferred).
●  Creative thinker with strong interest in brand building, storytelling, kids’ products, and new-age marketing.
●  Excellent written & verbal communication skills; flair for crafting clear, engaging content.
●  Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
● Curious, self-driven, and eager to take ownership and experiment.
●  Strong eye for design; knowledge of Canva/Figma is a bonus.
