As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual storytelling across digital, print, packaging, and product experience. You’ll lead the design strategy and execution that elevates our e-commerce presence, reinforces brand consistency, and enhances customer engagement across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal role where design meets strategy, and creativity drives commercial performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Creative Leadership
• Own and evolve the visual identity of the company across digital and physical channels.
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that support product launches, seasonal moments, partnerships, and activations.
• Guide junior designers and/or freelancers, providing feedback and quality control.
• Regularly refresh the brand’s creative toolkit with new layout systems, treatments, and content pillars.
• Support the marketing and e-commerce team with content ideas that convert while remaining brand aligned.
• Maintain and update our visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all consumer and trade-facing materials.

2. E-Commerce Design & Optimisation
• Design intuitive, high-converting UX/UI assets for the the company website and mobile experience.
  • Create product pages, landing pages, promotional banners, and digital merchandising tools that align with brand standards and e-commerce best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the brand manager and digital marketing team to A/B test design elements and improve conversion rates.
3. Marketing & Content Support
• Develop campaign identities, social media templates, emailers, and content graphics with a strong eye for storytelling and engagement.
• Design assets for paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and work closely with the media paid team to ensure optimal creative performance.
• Support influencer, retail, and event activations with branded assets and packaging as needed.
4. Packaging & Product Design
• Lead the design and evolution of the company's packaging, from concept through to final DTP and production.
• Work with suppliers and print partners to ensure quality and consistency across batches and regions.
5. Concept & Mood boarding
• Develop seasonal and campaign-specific creative concepts that align with brand strategy and product priorities.
• Create mood boards, visual references, and creative treatments for brand campaigns, shoots, and packaging launches.
• Pitch concepts to internal stakeholders and guide vision from ideation to production.
6. Art Direction & Campaign Execution
• Lead creative direction for all visual brand output, including still photography, video, motion, and social content.
• Collaborate with internal and external photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU artists, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Direct and oversee photoshoots—both in-studio and on-location—including composition, lighting, product styling, model direction, and post-production.
7. Creative Production Management
• Lead pre-production processes: casting, location scouting, shoot logistics, creative decks, and shot lists.
• Manage creative calendars and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining top-tier creative standards.
• Own quality control for all campaign deliverables across print, digital, e-commerce, retail, and social media.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in brand and digital design—ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if skilled in Figma, After Effects, or motion design.
• Strong e-commerce design portfolio, with examples of high-impact product pages and campaign-driven content.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into world-class visuals that resonate with premium audiences.
• Excellent understanding of design for digital (mobile-first), packaging, and print.
• Proven success leading and delivering 360° brand campaigns, from concept through to execution.
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, content strategy, UX/UI principles, and production processes.
• Proven experience in leading photoshoots and/or video production—from brief to post.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, consumer behaviour, and creative content strategies for e-commerce and social.
• Knowledge of photography, lighting, retouching, and production workflows.
