As the Brand & Marketing Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual storytelling across digital, print, packaging, and product experience. You’ll lead the design strategy and execution that elevates our e-commerce presence, reinforces brand consistency, and enhances customer engagement across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal role where design meets strategy, and creativity drives commercial performance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Creative Leadership
• Own and evolve the visual identity of the company across digital and physical channels.
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that support product launches, seasonal moments, partnerships, and activations.
• Guide junior designers and/or freelancers, providing feedback and quality control.
• Regularly refresh the brand’s creative toolkit with new layout systems, treatments, and content pillars.
• Support the marketing and e-commerce team with content ideas that convert while remaining brand aligned.
• Maintain and update our visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all consumer and trade-facing materials.
