Job Summary 

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our marketing team full-time, Monday through Friday. This role will lead brand strategy and execution for a portfolio of key CADY product lines, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with a passion for branding and the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities 

 

Brand Strategy & Identity

Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and identity across assigned product lines.

Ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels, including website, email, SMS, social

media, video, and campaigns.

 

Product Line Ownership

Support the successful launch and ongoing marketing of assigned product lines, developing

positioning and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and engagement.

 

Style Guides & Governance

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity

across all content and touchpoints.

 

Creative Collaboration

Develop and manage creative briefs, partnering closely with the Creative team to bring

campaigns and content to life. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure all deliverables

align with brand standards and voice.

 

Campaign & Initiative Execution

Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives, ensuring

alignment with business goals and the CADY marketing calendar.

 

Performance & Insights

Partner closely with the Finance team and Marketing Analyst to measure and analyze campaign

performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Leverage audience

research, market trends, and customer data to inform strategy.

 

Data-Driven Decision Making

Partner with Marketing Analysts to understand performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, using data

to optimize campaigns, product positioning, product merchandising and guide future initiatives.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams—including Creative, Digital, Product, and Marketing—to

ensure alignment across initiatives and product launches.

 

Industry Awareness

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the

brand fresh, relevant, and innovative.

 

Job Requirements 

 

Qualifications/Skill Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience building and growing B2C consumer brands
  • Proven ability to connect brand strategy to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and audience insights
  • Strong background in integrated marketing across digital channels (email, social, web, content)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand campaigns
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, digital, and product teams
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content
  • Experience utilizing various methodologies to understand consumers, identify opportunity areas, and drive cohesive experiences
  • Experience working with external partners is a plus
  • Retail or e-commerce experience preferred

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with B2C audiences
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, campaign development, and demand generation
  • Understanding of email marketing and digital performance metrics
  • Experience supporting marketing and creative teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment 

 

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
