The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and evolving Miraggio’s brand strategy across marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion consumers, storytelling, and trend-led branding, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and leadership teams.
Own and execute Miraggio’s overall brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms – digital, social, e-commerce, retail, PR, and offline assets.
Translate brand vision into actionable marketing and communication plans.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal stories.
Work closely with creative, content, performance marketing, PR, and influencer teams.
Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies (creative, media, PR).
Deeply understand the fashion and lifestyle consumer, trends, and competitive landscape.
Track market movements, emerging trends, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant.
Use consumer insights and data to refine messaging, campaigns, and positioning.
Drive brand presence across social media, influencer collaborations, content, and community initiatives.
Ensure storytelling aligns with Miraggio’s premium yet accessible fashion identity.
Monitor engagement, reach, and brand health metrics.
Partner with retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across stores.
Support offline branding initiatives, store launches, events, and activations.
Align online and offline brand experiences seamlessly.
Track brand KPIs such as brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze post-campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Manage brand budgets efficiently and ensure ROI-focused execution.
Strong understanding of fashion, retail branding, storytelling, and aesthetics.
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical mindset with creative sensibility.
5+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience with D2C brands, retail-led brands, or omnichannel marketing is a strong plus.
MBA / PG in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
Hands-on experience with agencies, influencers, and creative teams.
