We are currently recruiting for an Online Editor to join the Marketing Team at Edwardian Hotels London.
Essential Functions
As our in-house
Online Editor, you will shape the digital voice of our award-winning
hotel and restaurant brands: The Londoner, The May Fair, and The
Edwardian Manchester. You will manage, create, and maintain content
across websites, email marketing, and third-party online platforms, ensuring
all digital touchpoints reflect the luxury and personality of our hotels.
Key
Responsibilities
- Content
Strategy: Plan and organise content based on audience needs and
organisational goals, collaborating closely with Marketing colleagues,
F&B teams, and PR/Digital agencies.
- Writing
& Editing: Produce, edit, and proofread website
content, B2B and B2C emails, ad campaigns,
menus, blogs and other materials, ensuring accuracy, engagement,
and brand consistency.
- Create
brand and PR assets such as award submissions, brochures, signage,
invitations, and press releases.
- Multimedia
Management: Work with images, videos, and interactive elements to
enhance content presentation.
- SEO
& Web Optimisation: Apply SEO best practices to improve content
visibility and search rankings, working with digital teams and
agencies.
- Brand
Consistency: Maintain a cohesive tone of voice and style across
all online channels.
- Comfortable
using Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Collaborate
closely with wider marketing team to ensure all
communications are aligned with key goals.
- Stay
current with trends in digital marketing and luxury hospitality content
creation.
- Manage
content production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently
met.

About You
- 2+
years’ experience in copywriting, ideally within hospitality, travel, or
lifestyle sectors.
- Versatile
writer/editor with excellent attention to detail and strong adaptability
in tone of voice.
- Strategic
thinker with a solid understanding of branding, customer journeys, and
SEO.
- Confident,
collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally across
departments.
