DescriptionPosition Summary: The Brand Director is responsible for developing, protecting, and implementing the Liberty Live Church brand across all campuses, ministries, and communication platforms. This role ensures visual and messaging consistency while helping creatively communicate the mission, vision, and culture of Liberty Live Church.

Position Reports To: Creative Pastor
Hours: This is a full-time position. Attendance at all Sunday services, mid-week activities and special events is required. Office hours will be set in conjunction with direct report.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works closely with the Creative Pastor to shape the visual and creative direction and identity of the church across all mediums.
- Oversee the creative look and feel of digital and physical assets including signage, print, stage visuals, social graphics, and web presence.
- Ensures brand consistency across all campuses, ministries, and communication channels.
- Leads the conceptual development of branding systems for campaigns, events, and ministries.
- Reviews and approves creative deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Stewards and develops the Liberty Live Church brand to ensure alignment with the church’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Collaborate with Creative team on special projects.

- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Creative Pastor.
- Is a loyal staff member by cooperating with and following the leadership of the church.
- Follows Liberty’s policies and procedures.
- Works in coordination with the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the church, which are summarized by the mission statement “Changing Lives, Communities and the World for Jesus Christ.”
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience with social media marketing & content development
- Strong skills in media and marketing
- Strong verbal skills, with a bias towards clarity
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Predisposed towards creative problem solving.
- Deep belief in the value of interpersonal communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to plan, organize and multitask in a deadline intensive environment.
- Ability to take on projects and see them through to completion.
- Experience using social media management tools (Sprout Social, Facebook Business, etc.)
Conditions And Physical Requirements:
The job will primarily be carried out in an office, studio, or church facility. It will not all be behind the desk. It is expected from time to time for you to be available at other campuses and venues.
