About the role:
The Brand Management team sits in the Group Marketing team, which in turn sits in the Customer and Strategy division.
The core purpose of the team is to be the custodian of the Avant brand, evolving the brand strategy and its execution in market. It encompasses brand positioning and application of the brand architecture across a diverse portfolio of products aimed primarily at meeting the unique needs of doctors. This role is responsible for executing brand and segment campaigns (e.g., early career doctor or Practice segments), where the strategy has been defined by the Group Segment Strategy team, which also sits within the Customer and Strategy division.
The key responsibilities include:
Take ownership of brand and segment campaigns including project management and reporting
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ownership over collateral and branding campaigns
Support local, state and national events
Managing and moderating Avant social media platforms
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or Marketing.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar marketing, events or digital role.
Financial services, professional services or health backgrounds preferred but not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong social media and digital campaign management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
