Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world is looking for a trainee to join the corporate Branding team.
THE JOB:
The Global Branding team oversees Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio of 10 hotel brands as well as the corporate brand of RHG. This internship provides the opportunity to learn how brands are managed within a global organization and to gain insight into how large, international companies operate.
The Brand Trainee supports the Branding team at a global level and works closely with team members across different areas to ensure that departmental objectives are achieved and continuously improved.
In this role, the trainee will be involved in a variety of tasks, including the creation of brand collaterals essential for hotels, the maintenance and update of the internal brand library, support in the development of brand guidelines, the preparation of competitive benchmarking reports, the creation of presentations for internal and external purposes, and the organization of meetings with key stakeholders. The trainee will also contribute to ad-hoc branding projects, supporting the team in delivering consistent and relevant brand outputs across the portfolio.
The internship is based in Brussels and has a duration of six months.
A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE HAS:
· To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
· Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
· Proactive, can-do attitude
· Interest in Branding
· Attention to detail
· Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously
