Job Description

Employee Engagement Survey

  • Track and update Bankwide EES progress and scores for relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare a quarterly consolidated country-level view of EES insights for management meetings, along with proposed action plans to address areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate quarterly huddles to review business function action plans and upskill EX champions on the use of the EES portal and data analytics.

  • Respond to Group and other functional requests for employee engagement data.

Employee Wellness/ Engagement

  • Plan and develop Bankwide wellbeing initiatives for the year, aligned with UOB’s pillars of wellbeing.

  • Actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement wellbeing activities and ensure events are executed effectively.

  • Review post‑event evaluations and implement improvements to enhance the quality and impact of the programmes.

  • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with the Groupwide plan to foster a culture of appreciation, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Employer Branding

  • Implement the employee brand strategy and action plan.

  • Lead, manage, and submit award entries and certification submissions to strengthen the employer brand.

  • Collaborate with external partners to create and promote content that showcases UOB’s EVP and attracts talent.

  • Enhance the UOB’s online presence on social media platforms by curating content that highlights employee initiatives.

  • Increase campus presence and enhance brand visibility together with the TA team through student engagement activities.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, employer branding, or culture development (experience in talent management is a plus).

  • Must be confident and competent in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and translate data into insights.

  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organisation.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.

  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently, with strong project management capabilities.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
