Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to support our brand and marketing initiatives across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be Dubai-based, fluent in Arabic, and capable of contributing to brand growth through market research, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Assist in the execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for marketing campaigns, social media content, and branding activities.
  • Support in managing brand communication across digital, retail, and offline channels.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, campaign results, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.

Product & Packaging

  • Assist in product development activities, including packaging briefs, design approvals, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth brand operations.
  • Track inventory, forecast demand, and support trade marketing activities.

Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, FMCG, or related sectors.
  • Fluency in Arabic (Jordanian or Lebanese nationality preferred); good English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint required).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
