Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the content and brand communication function for Intertec Systems. This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across digital and offline touchpoints ensuring it reflects our brand voice, drives engagement, and supports business goals.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic content professional who combines creative storytelling with a solid understanding of technology. They must be able to collaborate with Business Unit Heads and design teams, transforming technical insights into compelling marketing materials that engage customers and elevate brand perception.

 

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is both a team player and a self-starter, with strong discipline, leadership qualities, and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology or IT services marketing.
  • Proven ability to create, edit, and manage multi-format marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience in managing agencies, designers, and creative vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Disciplined, structured, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

  • Lead the planning, creation, and management of all marketing content, including:
  • Case Studies, Whitepapers, Blogs, Research Reports
  • Brochures, Flyers, Presentations, User Manuals, Product Sheets, and Email Campaign Content
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to understand offerings, customer needs, and strategic priorities; convert these insights into impactful content.
  • Work with designers and agencies to ensure all materials are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.
  • Maintain tone, quality, and messaging consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Develop and edit technical content for solution briefs, customer success stories, and product overviews.

 

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage the corporate social media calendar and oversee storytelling initiatives to build awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with design and digital teams to create visually appealing and impactful posts.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies for multi-format content creation, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand alignment.

 

Website, SEO & User Experience

  • Oversee website content updates, ensuring SEO-optimized copy and user-friendly navigation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to enhance content experience and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor website analytics and content performance to drive continuous improvement.

 

Employer Branding & Internal Communication

  • Support employer branding campaigns that showcase Intertec’s culture, people, and leadership through internal and external content.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to amplify employee stories and internal communication initiatives.

 

Marketing Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain a structured library of marketing assets, content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign reports.
  • Support the CMO in marketing audits, performance tracking, and documentation compliance.
  • Ensure timely project execution through cross-functional coordination and disciplined follow-up.
