Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Internship | Starting date: June 2026 | 6 months | Milan 

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team supporting business’ growth. 

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. 

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? 

You’ll be in charge of: 

• Managing autonomously the Selection Process from the search to the offer stage, being the point of contact for all the candidates and Hiring Managers; 
• Supporting the management of global and local partnerships, including university partnerships, and event planning
• Joining different on-campus events to collect CVs and to strengthen Amplifon Employer Brand; 
• Recommending ideas and strategies related to employer branding and recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. 

You are the right person if you have: 

• A degree in Humanistic or Economics fields, with an HR background being a plus; 
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside proactivity and resiliency; 
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and promptly communicating any issues and potential solutions; 
• Good analytical (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Miro/Canva); 
• Fluency in English, and a second language is a plus.
