Job Description

As our Sr. Product Manager – Product Partnerships, you lead the strategy, development, and execution of a product portfolio tailored to the hospitality and travel business. You balance creative vision with strong operational skills, developing products from concept to launch while ensuring commercial impact, brand alignment, and global compliance.

You understand the dynamics of Hotels, Airlines & Hospitality and can translate customer trends and partner needs into compelling Rituals experiences. With strong storytelling and strategic thinking, you fuel the innovation pipeline and activate customers to build brand love.

In this standalone role, you guide market stakeholders, shape the category roadmap, and build business cases together with marketing and commercial teams. You collaborate with category & product managers across Home, Body, Beauty and Gifting, and work closely with external full-service manufacturers in and outside Europe. You will report to the Category Director Innovation – Body & Beauty.

Key result areas

  1. Drive Category Strategy
    Create and deliver the category strategy and product roadmap for the Hotels, Airlines & Hospitality portfolio.
  2. Lead Product Development
    Own the full product lifecycle—concepting, testing, packaging, and launch—ensuring products are profitable, compliant, and on brand.
  3. Fuel Innovation
    Identify new ideas and activations that strengthen the Rituals brand story and meet customer needs.
  4. Activate Customers
    Develop concepts and storytelling that bring products to life and drive engagement.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Align developments with broader category strategies and partner with market stakeholders on feasibility and business cases.
  6. Manage Manufacturers
    Work with full-service manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

What do we need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Innovation, Industrial Design Engineering or similar creative fields.
  • 8 + years of experience in product innovation or product management in Cosmetics or FMCG.
  • Affinity with hospitality, travel retail, strategic partnerships, or co-branding.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetics, hospitality trends, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to lead product development from concept to launch.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Experience with licensing or partnership-driven product concepts.
  • Excellent communication, design affinity, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, ingredients, and sustainability principles.

Location and Working Conditions

This role requires a strong on-site presence at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
