The Sr. Director of People Brand is part of Change Management & Associate Engagement, working on behalf of Human Resources to connect our culture and career opportunities with associates and candidates worldwide. By applying proven consumer brand marketing strategies and creative solutions, this role helps Marriott attract, engage, and inspire people across the globe.
