Squad Lead, Brand Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Squad Lead to join our Brand Marketing team at RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy and marketing initiatives across digital platforms, strengthening the company’s market presence, and supporting product positioning. You will take ownership of key platforms such as MyInvest while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

What you will be doing

• Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

• Drive and strengthen company branding initiatives to ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning

• Take ownership of the MyInvest platform, ensuring its growth, relevance, and alignment with business objectives

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to effectively position and promote investment solutions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Monitor campaign performance and derive insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness

• Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards

• Support overall business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing, preferably within financial services or asset management

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns

• Strong understanding of digital channels, content strategy, and customer engagement

• Experience in managing platforms or digital ecosystems is an added advantage

• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for branding and marketing
