Role Main Purpose

This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our company’s visibility and drive business growth. You will be a creative visionary, a data-driven strategist, and a strong communicator, leading all aspects of brand development and management.

 Operational Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including brand voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Manage the brand’s presence across all channels, including website, social media, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message and drive desired results.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Create compelling brand stories and narratives that differentiate the company in the market.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints.

Brand Reputation Management:

  • Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and social media feedback.
  • Identify and address any brand crises or negative sentiment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and favorability.

Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster brand expertise.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

Brand Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of brand specialists, including designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork within the brand team and across other departments.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Advocate for the brand's interests and ensure its strategic consideration in all business decisions.

Agency Management:

  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, including creative, digital marketing, and public relations firms.
  • Manage agency budgets and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to agencies to ensure successful project execution. 

Education & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and digital marketing trends. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and other external partners. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Passion for branding and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
