Key Responsibilities

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategies

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CSR communication strategies that authentically showcase the organization's social and environmental impact
  • Create compelling narratives around sustainability initiatives, community engagement programs, and ethical business practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and amplify CSR success stories and impact metrics
  • Produce annual CSR reports, impact statements, and stakeholder communications that align with global reporting standards
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate CSR messaging across all marketing touchpoints and brand communications

Employer Brand Strategies

  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position the organization as an employer of choice
  • Develop employee value proposition (EVP) content that highlights company culture, values, career development opportunities, and workplace benefits
  • Create authentic employee stories, testimonials, and case studies that showcase the employee experience
  • Manage careers page content, recruitment marketing materials, and talent attraction campaigns across digital channels
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to align employer brand messaging with recruitment objectives

Branding & Design

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication touchpoints
  • Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, social media assets, and digital content using design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, style guides, and visual identity systems
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, banners, posters, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with external designers and agencies when needed while maintaining brand integrity

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for diverse channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications
  • Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and organizational initiatives
  • Create thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content that establishes industry authority
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring discoverability and organic reach across digital platforms
  • Conduct content audits and performance analysis to continuously improve content effectiveness and engagement

Videography & Multimedia Production

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and events
  • Produce promotional videos, employee testimonials, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage
  • Manage video production workflows including storyboarding, filming, post-production editing, color correction, and sound design
  • Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand messaging
  • Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) considering format specifications and audience preferences

Creating Presentations

  • Design executive-level presentations, pitch decks, investor materials, and stakeholder reports with compelling narratives and visual appeal
  • Transform complex data and information into clear, engaging presentation formats using storytelling principles
  • Create templates and presentation frameworks that ensure consistency and professionalism across the organization
  • Support sales, business development, and leadership teams with custom presentation materials for client meetings and conferences
  • Develop training presentations, webinar slides, and internal communication decks for various organizational needs

Communications & Public Relations

  • Craft press releases, media statements, and public announcements that effectively communicate organizational news and achievements
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers
  • Develop crisis communication protocols and manage sensitive communications with professionalism and strategic foresight
  • Create executive communications including internal memos, all-hands meeting content, and leadership messaging
  • Coordinate media coverage opportunities, speaking engagements, and thought leadership placements for company executives

Newsletter Making

  • Design, write, and distribute engaging newsletters for internal and external audiences using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Develop newsletter content strategies that drive engagement, build community, and nurture stakeholder relationships
  • Create compelling subject lines, preview text, and calls-to-action that maximize open rates and click-through performance
  • Segment audiences and personalize content to deliver relevant information to different stakeholder groups
  • Analyze newsletter metrics and KPIs to continuously improve content quality, design, and distribution timing
