About the role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and sitting within the marketing leadership team, you will lead brand and strategic alliance marketing across the Boustead Geospatial Group.
You will be accountable for regional brand strategy, governance, and activation, alongside defining and enabling partner marketing frameworks across markets.
A key part of the role is leading a geographically dispersed events team across Australia, Indonesia, and Malaysia, owning events as a core brand activation channel.
Working closely with country leadership, sales, marketing, global Esri stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure a consistent and high-impact brand presence across the full customer journey.
This is a strategic brand leadership role, operating in close partnership with demand generation teams rather than directly owning pipeline or revenue targets.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience in brand and/or partner marketing within B2B environments (technology, geospatial, SaaS, or complex solutions preferred)
- Experience leading regional or multi-market teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong capability in brand strategy, governance, and platform rollout across diverse markets and stakeholders
- Track record delivering integrated campaigns and partner activations across multiple channels
- Experience using events or field marketing as a core brand activation channel
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate positioning into clear frameworks, execution, and measurable outcomes
About You
- 7–10+ years’ experience in senior brand, marketing and/or partnership roles within B2B environments
- Postgraduate qualification in marketing, branding, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing, multi-market teams
- Strong track record across:
- Brand strategy, governance, and activation
- Strategic partner and alliance marketing
- Events strategy and delivery at scale
- Integrated, cross-channel campaigns
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver aligned outcomes
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
- Current permanent, full-time working rights in Australia
