To drive DTI’s digital marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and attract top talent. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic External Awards Management
- Lead the identification and pursuit of high-impact industry recognitions, conducting thorough research and competitive analysis to position our brand at the forefront of the market.
- Develop and maintain a strategic awards tracker, categorizing and prioritizing opportunities based on organizational objectives and project significance.
- Drive the end-to-end awards submission process, collaborating closely with senior management and business teams to craft compelling, accurate, and award-winning narratives.
- Oversee the entire submission lifecycle, including meticulous writing, editing, and review to ensure excellence and alignment with brand messaging.
Thought Leadership & External Engagement
- Strategically curate and execute thought leadership interventions, leveraging in-depth competitor analysis and GCC market trends to establish our brand as an industry authority.
- Pioneer the conceptualization and execution of tech-focused events, roundtables, webinars, and bespoke content strategies, fostering robust partnerships with key outreach stakeholders.
- Direct the seamless coordination and management of all external events, encompassing comprehensive logistics, strategic stakeholder engagement, and on-site operational excellence.
- Implement robust performance tracking and analytics for all campaigns and interventions, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Cultivate collaborations with subject matter experts to produce high-quality tech blogs and articles, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and impact assessment.
Industry Engagement & Strategic Logistics
- Proactively manage and optimize industry memberships, meticulously handling all logistical facets to maximize value and strategic alignment.
- Champion strategic engagement with industry partners to significantly enhance brand visibility, influence, and market recognition within the GCC.
- Orchestrate and manage high-profile external speaking engagements, overseeing all logistical aspects, stakeholder relationships, and on-site support to ensure impactful representation.
Brand Campaign & Recruitment Marketing
- Conduct advanced analysis of overall GCC market trends and competitive landscapes, strategically mapping insights to identify and penetrate key tech forums.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-value sponsorship opportunities, developing comprehensive business cases to secure strategic partnerships.
- Oversee all branding and collateral development, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with overarching brand strategy.
- Execute annual recruitment marketing plans, tailored to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand in the GCC.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and execute complex special projects, demonstrating strong capabilities in program management, budget oversight, and financial administration, including invoice management.
Content Creation & Visual Communication
- Design and develop visually appealing and engaging presentations, incorporating storytelling techniques, data visualization, and interactive elements.
- Apply Business Analytics skills to break complex data into easy-to-understand narratives.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance the efficiency and creativity of the design process.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling content, including scripts, narratives, and technical documentation.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
- Develop storyboards to visualize the flow and structure of presentations.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business units, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective visual communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Present ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences, tailoring the message to their specific needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field with 6-9 years of progressive experience in branding, marketing, and communications roles.
- Demonstrated experience working within GCC markets is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proven experience in presentation conceptualization and development with knowledge of AI-powered design tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding technical concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Proven track record in managing external awards programs and securing industry recognition.
