Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize brand-related documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all materials.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders regarding brand initiatives, providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Support the creation of promotional content, including social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Organize brand events and product launches, managing logistics and on-site coordination.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of brand management principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
