Accountabilities

  • Evolve the brand vision and positioning in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Translate product strategies into compelling creative narratives.
  • Own the product storytelling framework and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage the development of creative assets across various formats.
  • Define and track brand performance metrics to optimize strategy.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns for product launches.
  • Drive the social media, PR, and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for brand and mission focused on body positivity.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand execution.
  • Experience in the women's apparel or intimacy sector preferred.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and cultivate a collaborative culture.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and customer journey optimization.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
