We are actively seeking a proactive and strategic Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is the intersection of talent acquisition and brand advocacy. You will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse departments but also serve as the architect of our compelling employer branding strategy, amplifying our message and presence on key platforms to attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage a holistic employer branding strategy aligned with our company values and talent acquisition goals. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, sourcing and screening.
  • Administer the onboarding process to ensure brand consistency and exceptional experience standards are met at every stage.
  • Develop high-impact recruitment marketing materials, from engaging social media campaigns to snappy job descriptions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics on employer branding, recruitment and HR reporting and to continuously optimize our hiring funnel. 
  • Collect and analyze candidate and employer feedback (e.g., via surveys).
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage paid and organic social media channels (LinkedIn etc.) specifically for talent attraction and brand building.
  • Determine the right forums and channels (e.g., industry/language specific boards) to target niche talent pools effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently increase the volume and quality of positive employee reviews across key sites.
  • Track key employer branding metrics (e.g., Glassdoor rating, career page traffic, candidate source of hire, Cost Per Hire) and report on the ROI of all branding initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel feedback strategy, utilizing tools like surveys, focus groups to capture authentic employee experiences.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Recruitment within the igaming industry.
  • 3+ years in Employer Branding.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong content creation skills.
  • Expert knowledge in social media marketing, social media platforms and job boards.
  • Proficiency in tracking, reporting and analyzing recruitment and marketing metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly across all departments in the organization.
