Description

To support the evolution of our global Staffing activities and strengthen our recruitment capabilities, we are looking for a "Recruitment and Branding Expert" to join a dynamic HR team of 6 people based across Europe.

Reporting to the HR Staffing coordinator GCC, our future team member will contribute to both the operational delivery of international recruitment and the continuous improvement of our tools, data, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from aligning role requirements with stakeholders to sourcing and presenting top candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and implement tailored hiring strategies

  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience with efficient processes and timely feedback

  • Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, headhunters, job boards)

  • Use data and reporting to optimize recruitment performance and identify improvements

  • Own and optimize the ATS, ensuring data quality and process alignment

  • Track KPIs, deliver quarterly reports, and collaborate with the global recruitment network

  • Represent the company at international recruitment events

  • Enhance the careers page to strengthen employer branding

  • Support broader HR projects and initiatives

     



Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter for technical roles in the mining/steel or heavy industry
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools and technologies. Knowledge or previous experience using job boards is considered a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive insights
  • Fluent in English, French or Dutch is considered a plus
