What you will do

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive cross-functional, high-impact projects across Brands, with focus on Digital content initiatives.

The role sits in the Brand organization and ensures delivery excellence on key projects such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Social media transformation program, e-commerce/retail media content, offering also support on pitch processes and coordinating complex projects as PM. Also, this role will support in ensuring proper alignment in strategy and execution with our Headquarter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deployment of cross-functional and Brand related strategic projects between Headquarter, European Headquarter, Local Organizations and partners acting as PM and coordinator. Ensure structured project governance: timelines, milestones, KPIs, risk mitigation, reporting.

  • Align and engage stakeholders at all levels to secure delivery and adoption.

  • Manage rollout of new Haier Visual Identity and Tone of Voice across touchpoints ensuring as PM that timing and deliverables are aligned.

  • Focus on consumer Social Media content production and execution in alignment with Headquarter.

  • Lead Digital Asset Management (DAM) deployment and adoption across Europe.

  • Coordinate digital transformation initiatives for the branding area: social media strategy PM, content governance, KOL/social selling, digital shelves.

  • Oversee e-commerce and retail media content delivery and manage daily collaboration and delivery with Headquarter.

What you need to succeed

Must have

 Experience with complex multi-stakeholders projects, in international or matrixed organizations

Education: Degree/Master in marketing or digital marketing

Professional experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a marketing or digital marketing role as account or project manager

Language: Full proficiency in English is mandatory for the role

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and a predisposition to share and collaborate; to join the team we are looking for positive attitude, great communication skills, strong teamwork capabilities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong project management skills, organization and prioritization

  • Proven track record in content development, social media programs or digital transformation

  • Analytical, solution-oriented
