Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to food ingredients, HoReCa, with a strong understanding of foodservice and B2B dynamics
Support business growth by creating category and application-led marketing plans for ingredients such as seasonings, blends, functional ingredients, and food solutions
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis across HoReCa segments to identify trends, white spaces, and growth opportunities
Work closely with sales, business development, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and channel strategies
Strengthen brand positioning within the food ingredients and foodservice ecosystem, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Develop and manage marketing collateral including product presentations, application decks, brochures, digital content, and trade marketing materials
Translate technical product features into clear, value-driven benefits for chefs, food manufacturers, distributors, and procurement teams
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and brand initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
Support the planning and execution of industry exhibitions, HoReCa events, chef engagements, and trade shows
Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Proven experience in marketing or brand roles within food ingredients, HoReCa, FMCG, or foodservice sectors
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to build and execute category and channel-specific marketing strategies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory) for customer-facing and internal presentations
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information
Creative mindset with a passion for food, branding, and customer-centric marketing
Analytical approach with the ability to interpret market data and convert insights into actionable plans
Collaborative team player comfortable working with sales, technical, and operations teams
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
