Reporting directly to the top Management, you will play a key role in structuring and elevating The Agent’s brand in Europe. Operating at the crossroads of strategic marketing, content, and B2B communications, you will actively contribute to brand awareness and the generation of commercial opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Define The Agent’s overall marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with the top management, with a focus on image, business, and growth.
  • Strengthen The Agent’s brand positioning within the Fashion & Marketplace ecosystem: tone of voice, visual universe, storytelling.
  • Lead strategic monitoring of the Fashion & Marketplace ecosystem to identify business opportunities and inform marketing strategies and communication angles.
  • Develop integrated campaigns (content, events, digital communication) to enhance the brand’s visibility and credibility.

2. Communications, Content & Visibility

  • Design and implement The Agent’s content strategy: editorial planning, creation of materials (LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, presentations, videos), and performance analysis to optimize impact.
  • Imagine and produce premium assets—supported by the design/content intern—aligned with fashion and digital standards (branding, social media, commercial decks, case studies).
  • Manage B2B communication strategy: editorial calendar, visual identity, brand tone, and showcasing The Agent’s expertise.
  • Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns (webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, targeted emailings).

3. Cross-Functional Projects & Partnerships

  • Coordinate 360° marketing projects with sales teams, Account Managers, and management: launches, brand collaborations, trade shows, PR.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with players in fashion, digital, or innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of offers and marketing tools made available to partner brands.

4. KPIs & Data Management

  • Create and track reporting dashboards to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Implement monthly reporting to adjust and refine the strategy based on results.
  • Work closely with management and sales teams to steer overall marketing performance.

5. Management

  • Supervise and develop a design/content intern.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all visual and editorial outputs.
