Marketing and Employee Engagement Intern  

Functions 

1. Performs continuing process improvement for cross functional processes that will increase productivity and reduce costs. 

2. Creation of process/operations manuals 

3. Creatively project the layout of the Sharepoint of Neolytix 

4. Create Social Media for employer branding and internal communications on TikTok and other social media 

5. Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, utilizing award opportunities to showcase Neolytix as an exemplary workplace. 

6. Serve as our ambassador to top Universities and schools for job fairs, school talks and other events
