Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Manager, Multi-Brand Solutions (EMEAA), working alongside our Director of Multi-Brand Solutions and part of our global Guest Shared Services team based in our Windsor Headquarters, UK.
This exciting role will help deliver new programmes scale across all Brand categories. These programmes will be focused on delivering an improved guest experience, drive owner value, or support hotel operators. The manager will also manage the EMEAA Digital Guest Experience agenda.
What you’ll do:
This is a highly collaborative, fast paced role ideal for someone passionate about working with cross-functional partners to create ideas, problem solve, pilot, and launch new initiatives to support our hotels.
Your day to day:
Determine strategic objectives and develop the corresponding tactical initiatives that can span across multiple brands. Determine how/ if these initiatives would need to flex by brand
Pilot new programmes in hotels and determine operationally the best way to roll-out/ embed across all brands
Manage cross-functional teams or work cross-functionally to ideate and execute new programmes
Work with upper management and franchisees to gain support and input into service and product initiatives, and to communicate regarding programme successes, issues, changes, etc
Review and analyse market and industry data to understand current trends within the Hospitality Industry by brand and category
What you’ll bring:
A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent experience
Significant experience in marketing and/ or hotel operations
Experience of networking and influencing within a franchise organisation, managing multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated project management experience from concept through to implementation
Demonstrated knowledge of branding and brand management, including research methodology and design (basic measurement and statistics)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data with a mind towards identifying and communicating insights and key conclusions from the data
Experience of working with consumer research, translating data and insights to establish existing trends
