We are now looking for an Employer Branding Manager (family leave substitute) to join the Talent Acquisition team.

Are you passionate about employer branding and employee experience, and ready to make the difference? We’re looking for a driven professional to manage and develop KPMG’s employer branding strategy and campaigns, ensuring we remain an employer of choice for both experienced professionals and young talent. The year 2026 will be our 100-year anniversary in Finland, and this will bring an extra spice to this interesting role. You’ll be the creative force behind our EB campaigns, making sure KPMG is the name everyone remembers, whether they’re seasoned pros or fresh talent.

What you’ll do:

•    Take the overall responsibility for KPMG’s employer branding strategy and initiatives
•    Implement our newly established EB and strategy
•    Support recruitment campaign marketing and employer branding activations
•    Develop content for social media and our career site (kpmg.fi & ATS)
•    Manage vendor relations
•    Participate in organizing some of our internal events
•    Lead EB-related development, monitoring, and metrics
•    Support the Young Talent Specialist in trainee program coordination and student collaborations
•    You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team within our People, Performance & Culture function, working closely also with our Clients & Markets team, business representatives and external partners

What we’re looking for:

•    University degree (commercial, human sciences, or similar)
•    4–5 years’ experience in employer branding and employee experience, ideally in complex organizations, from various industries
•    Proven track record in creating EB campaigns and managing external vendors
•    Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
•    You are proactive and motivated to make an impact

This is a substitute position for family leave, at least until the end of 2026. The position is based in our office in the heart of Helsinki.
