Job Responsibilities
Brand Development for Future Signature Products & Experiences
Lead the end-to-end brand development process for new signature offerings, ensuring the highest levels of quality and on-time delivery.
Translate brand strategy into compelling brand worlds and systemized guidelines for seamless application.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to align business objectives with world-class creative execution.
Balance high design quality with feasibility, ensuring brand assets are not only aspirational but also practical for implementation.
Provide ongoing brand counsel to internal teams as part of the brand transformation journey, maintaining consistency at the highest level.
Manage agency contracts and oversee the procurement/production of essential brand assets (e.g., typefaces, illustrations, etc.).
Work closely with Legal to oversee the registration and management of new and existing trademarks.
Brand Guardianship
Train and empower frontline teams to champion and uphold the integrity of our brand identity.
Ensure brand consistency across all guest and operational touchpoints, enhancing both brand perception and the guest experience.
Oversee and manage the digital brand platform, serving as the central repository for internal and external stakeholders.
Review and approve brand applications and asset releases to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Provide strategic counsel on the development of sub-brands within the approved brand architecture.
Brand Strategy Execution
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to implement and operationalize the overarching brand strategy.
Shape high-level brand concepts and ideas while executing with precision and finesse.
Evaluate creative, design, and strategic planning efforts to ensure they align with business goals and Marina Bay Sands’ brand vision.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field preferred
Experience
At least 5-7 years’ experience with a brand organization or as a brand consultant, or related field
Other Prerequisites
You have a deep understanding of the branding process, and the strategic management of all those involved.
You love getting to know things intimately and getting under the skin of how everything & everyone works. This means spotting connections that others don’t by looking for links between culture, futures and people
You have an obsessive attention to detail when it comes to brand execution and understands the scale of operational delivery
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push our long-term brand vision into meaningful expressions that span the entire customer experience
An ability to focus as well as multi-task, prone to see (and seek) solutions, not problems
You are motivated to succeed as a team, not individual
