About Human Resources (Talent Attraction)
The HROD Division supports EDB, through the attraction, development and retention of talent, in achieving its short and long term business outcomes.
The Talent Attraction (TA) team drives the branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice, and develops organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks. We are in the business of building a strong talent pipeline and securing capable talent critical for EDB’s success
[What you will be working on]
- Design collaterals for HR initiatives, including employee recruitment, campus outreach events, internal events and more;
- Assist in the organising and execution of HR-related events;
- Assist in sentiment analysis of EDB as an employer/organisation;
- Conduct social media monitoring/listening and reporting;
- Lead in social media content creation and performance monitoring
- Research and identify content ideas, including interviewing internal stakeholders for features
- Creation and optimisation of copy for content campaigns across all platforms
- Take on photography and videography responsibilities for events or interview features
- Conduct landscape research of other organisations’ employer branding efforts and talent programme offerings
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the HR team, Marketing Division and creative agencies/vendors
[What we are looking for]

- Singaporean/Singaporean PR;
- Background in Mass Communication, Graphic Design or any other related field of Design preferred;
- Proficient in Canva with a portfolio of design work;
- Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn (preferred but not necessary);
- Basic video editing skills are a plus;
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail;
- Familiar with current digital/social media marketing trends and best practices
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
