Develop and execute platform agnostic branding strategies to promote ASE and its various offerings and initiatives (internal & external)
Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business & brand objectives
Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms, mediums, touchpoints
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand enhancement
Manage external agencies and partners
Analyze brand performance metrics and provide regular reports
Champion the ASE brand internally, ensuring employees understand and embody the brand values
Stay updated with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in brand management
Qualifications
Experience
7-10 years of hands-on marketing experience across ATL, BTL & Digital channels
Proven ability to plan & execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine brand thinking (ATL), on-ground (BTL), and digital marketing across owned & earned channels (website, social media, influencers, performance, campaign management, ROI, media, analytics, SEO, automation tools, etc.)
Proven experience in managing brand communication requirements across mediums including offline & online
Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques
Expertise in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms for brand promotion
Experience in managing external agencies and vendors for branding initiatives
Education & Technical Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing/Communications
Professional certification in Brand Management or Marketing Strategy is a plus
