As a Lead, you are the driver of the narrative. You will own the execution, set the standards, and manage the timelines across three core pillars:

1. Strategic Engagement & Cultural Identity

  • The "Joules Experience": Design and deliver a high-impact internal engagement and events calendar that brings our Brand DNA to life.

  • Digital Leadership: Manage and evolve our internal digital ecosystem (Google Sites and internal social channels), using data and insight to constantly refine our reach.

3. Transformation & Change Leadership

  • Change Communications: Lead the strategy for internal transformation projects, ensuring clarity and transparency during pivotal business shifts.
