We are looking for you, if you:

  • are detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and enjoy administrative work, 
  • feel comfortable working within structured processes, 
  • communicate clearly in Polish and English (min. B2 level), 
  • are familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), 
  • are eager to learn and gain experience in HR/Employer Branding. 

Your responsibilities:

  • supporting administrative tasks and maintaining project documentation, 
  • assisting in organizing EB/D&I events (meetings, workshops, internal initiatives), 
  • preparing simple reports, summaries and presentations, 
  • collaborating with vendors and internal teams (e.g., orders, requests, approvals), 
  • supporting the creation of communication materials and employer branding activities, 
  • helping coordinate Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives from an operational perspective. 

Information about the squad:

We are a team dedicated to creating innovative employer branding strategies and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We collaborate with various teams at ING Hubs Poland and other ING entities worldwide, as well as with external organizations, to build employer brand awareness, engage employees, and create an open and diverse work environment. We are looking for an intern to support our Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion team in administrative, logistical and organizational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and wants to learn how employer branding and D&I initiatives operate behind the scenes.
