JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content & Production Support

• Assist producer with show preparation (research topics, compile notes, gather audio clips).
• Sit in during live shows to observe studio operations and support the team when needed.

2. Digital & Social Media Tasks

• Help brainstorm content ideas for social platforms.
• Support the digital team during shoots.

3. Events & Promotions Assistance

• Support station events and ground activations.
• Assist with logistics like registration and engaging with listeners.

4. Learning & Observation

• Shadow the backend team to understand workflow.
• Attend internal meetings to learn about programming, branding, and campaign planning.
