- Hourly Range – $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job Overview
The HR Employment Branding Intern plays a key role in executing assigned HR & Marketing tasks. This includes assisting in activities aimed at promoting and enhancing Byrne’s status as the employer of choice in CNY.
Key Responsibilities
- Help support various company initiatives that promote and enhance Byrne, Inc. as the employer of choice in CNY.
- Support the HR and recruiting team in efforts such as job fairs, networking opportunities, and community engagement events, which may occur on weekends.
- Support the Marketing function in its responsibilities with recruitment- and employment-related content on Byrne’s website and social media platforms, along with support of internal communication platforms and opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving assigned goals in safety, quality, performance, and cost.
- Responsible for complying with GMPs, SOPs, corporate and/or plant policies, rules, and regulations.
- Works safely and promptly reports safety concerns to their leadership team, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills across various departments, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
Min. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Some previous experience in customer service or a related field, while not mandatory, is a plus.
