Head of Internal Communication, Employer Brand and Community Impact France

Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver the relevant internal communication strategy to fulfil a common understanding of Amadeus activity, company life, work environment and rules:

·        Ensure the best staff engagement within a multi segments population where all Amadeus business units and divisions are represented.

·        Manage a local ecosystem of tools and channels (intranet, newsletters, digital signages…): create rich and adapted content in line with company culture and business evolution. Propose new approaches & concepts to reach efficiently our different audiences and address complexity of the organization.

·        Support the transversal communications of our Leaders by providing the relevant speaking opportunities (SLM, SMM) and the right messaging to speakers.

·        Build and lead the relevant networks and governance to ensure alignment between local division communications (Nice communications bi-monthly Council including all Divisions communications managers, VPO, BOP …).

·        Manage sensitive communications.

Develop a strong Employer Brand (internal and external) embedded into values of Talent and proximity:

·        Lead HR Communications, considering the complexity of a 4500 multicultural employees organisation (segment audiences, adapt messaging and campaigns, equip management, …).

·        Promote PnC value proposition, missions and services offer to ensure the organisation is seen as transparent and engaging for our people (mature and explain the different activities.

·        Deliver communication plans with PnC heads in France: advise and accompany them in structuring their offer, communicating their activities). Ensure alignment across teams.

·        Ensure Amadeus' recognition as a leading IT employer through a relevant strategy, including social media, certifications and labels. Provide local messaging and stories for press relations and external speaking opportunities that will be handled by Corporate Communications.

·        Analyse and benchmark the HR market’s best in class practices, recommend and implement improvements employer brand actions.

·        Work closely with People & Culture management team to connect the activity with the HR offer pillars, as well as Corporate peers to nurture their knowledge and understanding of local specificities and best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to align strategies with business goals.

·        Be the POC for branding consistency and corporate team’s key contact.

·        Lead the year-round internal events program (loyalty celebration, Onboarding events, Summer Party, Wellbeing dedicated events, Monthly Breakfast blends; ad hoc internal events).

·        Define data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of activity (KPI for all channels, events participation rates follow up, regular staff surveys…).

Define, structure and promote Corporate Social Responsibility activities for France.

·        Define, structure and promote Corporate Social Responsibility activities for France.

·        Ensure alignment with Corporate Community Impact strategy.

·        Build the relevant path with business.

·        Manage reporting, events, contribution to strategic priorities.

 

Background & professional experience:

·        10 years professional experience in internal communications. From 360 strategy definition, to excellent writing and storytelling skills across various formats (emails, intranet, speeches, emails...). Great ability to translate complex information into accessible and engaging content for diverse employee audiences

·        A high interest in People & Culture domain and a good understanding of Employee Experience is important.

·        Leadership and management skills: Proven ability to lead, engage, stretch and inspire teams.

·        Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to be a speaker in different events.

·        Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop long-term strategies. Experience with strategy building and understanding how to translate global goals into local reality and goals.

·        Autonomy: hands on and doer, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience of building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.

·        Strong collaboration mindset and customer centricity.

·        Champion a positive “can do” attitude and growth mindset.

·        Project management skills (plan, budget).

·        Fluent French and English.
