We are looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager – Mobile Platform to lead strategy and execution across mobile platform experiences. This role owns our flagship Agency Mobile AppClient Portal Branded AppKollab, and Desktop App, while also building a best-in-class iPad experience from scratch.
You will manage a team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-impact platform experiences that power agencies and their clients globally.
 
What You’ll Own

Agency Mobile App

  • Own core agency workflows, including CRM, POS, white-label configuration, and operational controls.
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and usability for high-frequency agency use cases.
  • Build platform extensibility to support future modules and third-party integrations.

Client Portal – Branded App

  • Deliver an end-to-end client-facing experience, including branding, engagement, and value delivery.
  • Drive seamless onboarding, activation, and retention for end customers.
  • Align product experiences with agency monetization and white-label strategy.
  • Own KollabCommunity, collaboration, and engagement experiences across mobile.
  • Enable deep integration with agency and client workflows.
  • Build a scalable feature set to support growing usage and new collaboration models.

Desktop App (New)

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the new desktop application.
  • Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch execution.
  • Drive adoption through feature parity, differentiation, and clear value versus mobile and web.

iPad Experience

  • Build the iPad experience from the ground up.
  • Define platform-specific UX patterns optimized for larger screens and multitasking.
  • Ensure cross-platform consistency while optimizing for tablet-first workflows.

Product Metrics & Instrumentation

  • Own instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation across mobile and desktop.
  • Track adoption, engagement, retention, and feature performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and continuous iteration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy for mobile platforms.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers across mobile, desktop, and platform surfaces.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.
  • Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful launches and strong adoption.
  • Own platform-level decisions, balancing speed, consistency, and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure tight alignment across agency, client, and community product experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional clarity and execution across multiple parallel initiatives and offerings.
