Global Employer Brand Lead

Brand Strategy & Management

GN Group | Ballerup (Hybrid)

GN is on a journey to redefine how we are known as an employer – globally.

With our HQ in Denmark and a strong presence across Tech, MedTech and Gaming, GN is home to some of the world’s most respected brands, including Jabra, ReSound and SteelSeries. While our product brands enjoy strong recognition, our corporate employer brand has historically operated more quietly. That is about to change.

We are now looking for a Global Employer Brand Lead who can take full ownership of shaping, building and activating a compelling employer brand for One GN – across priority regions and markets worldwide.

This is a rare opportunity to define both the strategy and the reality of how GN shows up as an employer.

The role

As Global Employer Brand Lead, you will own GN’s employer branding agenda end to end. From defining the vision and strategic positioning to executing the initiatives that bring it to life.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution, translating GN’s culture, values and purpose into a clear and differentiated employer narrative that resonates with current and future talent.

While the mandate is global and strategic, the role is intentionally hands-on. You will be a one-person powerhouse, setting direction, prioritizing efforts and driving initiatives forward in close collaboration with stakeholders across People & Culture, Communications, Marketing and the business.

Your key responsibilities

The role centers around three core dimensions: shaping the employer brand strategy, activating and executing it, and leading through influence.

Shape the employer brand strategy:

  • Define and anchor a forward-looking global employer brand strategy for One GN, aligned with our business priorities and cultural ambitions
  • Balance our strong multi-brand heritage with a coherent and compelling corporate employer narrative

Activate and execute

  • Bring the employer brand to life through specific, high-impact initiatives – globally and locally
  • Drive and execute activities such as:
  • Careers site development and continuous optimization
  • Content creation and storytelling across relevant channels
  • Employer brand campaigns & partnerships (e.g. universities, networks, media)
  • Presence at key career events and forums
  • Ensure consistency, relevance and quality across touchpoints, while staying pragmatic and impact-driven

Lead through influence

  • Act as the central point of contact for employer branding globally
  • Partner closely with Recruitment, People & Culture, Communications and Marketing
  • Set a high bar for quality while navigating a complex, stakeholder-rich environment

Who we are looking for

You are equally comfortable painting the big picture and getting things done.

You bring:

  • Solid experience driving an employer branding agenda in a large, complex organization
  • A strong strategic mindset combined with a structured and conceptual way of working
  • The ability to translate strategy into action – and the humility to execute yourself
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

You thrive as a self-starter, are comfortable with ambiguity, and take pride in owning an agenda end to end.

Your background may be in HR, Communications or Marketing. What matters most is your ability to operate across disciplines and deliver tangible impact.

Why GN?

This is a chance to take on a truly pivotal role with significant visibility and influence.

You will:

  • Shape GN’s employer brand almost from the ground up
  • Leave a clear and lasting footprint on how we attract and engage talent globally
  • Join an ambitious People & Culture community that combines deep expertise with an informal, collaborative culture
  • Work flexibly in a hybrid setup that recognizes the importance of trust and autonomy

You will report to the Director of Talent Management & Talent Attraction, Janus Grant Petersen. You will work closely with Regional TA Leads, ensuring strong access to local insights, networks and collaboration to succeed in the role.
