This role will spearhead the brand development and excellence within our Weed Control portfolio. You will provide strategic leadership for global brand positioning while collaborating across technical and commercial functions. Your work will significantly impact brand strategies, driving measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities
- Develop and steward global brand strategies across the Weed Control portfolio for consistent growth.
- Drive global positioning and value propositions for new product introductions, shaping brand direction.
- Champion branding as a strategic capability, ensuring cross-functional understanding and brand-led decisions.
- Manage the annual global brand budget and track return on investment.
- Monitor brand performance globally to strengthen equity and enhance strategies.
- Embed brand strategy and customer insights into decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate with Technical, Regulatory, and R&D teams to translate scientific data into brand narratives.
- Ensure consistent localization of global brand strategies in regional markets.
- Oversee adherence to brand governance, ensuring compliance with frameworks and messaging.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership in technical B2B industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in leading global/regional brand strategies and product launches.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with diverse teams.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with brand governance and messaging frameworks across global markets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, decisive, and effective in matrix environments.
