Main responsibilities:

  • Lead global brand building for Essentiale, including validation with category leadership, brand positioning, architecture, claims, and packaging design. 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on brand strategy by developing tactical plans that meet strategic imperatives. 
  • Expand product solutions and offerings through consumer/customer insights; develop innovation concepts for new positioning and launches. 
  • Deliver annual global integrated brand plan as the foundation for regional/local plans, ensuring alignment with global category strategy. 
  • Provide strategic guidelines and coaching to regions and countries, maintaining alignment and increasing brand equity, awareness, and engagement. 
  • Analyze market trends and performance, manage internal brand budgets, and recommend strategies to optimize marketing and business development. 
  • Develop and implement global communication tools (TV, print, digital, POS, HCP) with lead markets, measure effectiveness, and build strategic partnerships with agencies.


About you: 

  • Experience: 8 years minimum expertise in consumer marketing, previous global experience a strong plus.
  • Skills: Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies & branding. Knowledge in advertising development, brand positioning, communication & new product concepts development. Understanding in managing projects independently and autonomously. Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing. Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners. Th ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities. Excellent communicator both written and verbal, especially in groups, preparing and delivering presentations
  • Education: Business School or Bachelor + MBA (ideally with focus on marketing).
  • Languages: English required, French or German is a plus.
