Overview

The Gen Z Branding Intern will assist the Goodsource team during its early start-up phase by supporting content creation, production execution, and ideation for reaching Gen Z audiences. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital media production, creative storytelling, and spiritual formation. Interns will collaborate with creators, contribute to operational tasks, and complete a discipleship course alongside the team. The program culminates in a capstone project showcasing creative content tailored for Gen Z engagement.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist creators with content ideation, creation, editing, and production.
  • Support Goodsource operations with administrative tasks and organizational needs.
  • Participate in a ten-week discipleship course with the Goodsource team.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for reaching Gen Z audiences through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on video and social media projects to enhance engagement.
  • Complete a capstone project, such as a recap video or a content piece designed for Gen Z audiences.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field (Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Theology, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN for the full internship period.
  • Interest in digital content creation, production, and ministry engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing, social media platforms, or digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Gen Z trends and engagement strategies.
  • Creative mindset and ability to contribute innovative ideas for content.

Additional Information:
