We’re looking for a Employer Branding Content Specialist to join our Brand and Content Team and take ownership of how Webfleet shows up to our existing workforce while strengthening how we attract future talent.
This is a hands-on, creative, high-impact role sitting at the heart of Brand and HR, with real ownership of internal and external campaigns, storytelling, and cultural activation.

Your challenge:
Be the bridge between HR and Brand
Own large-scale internal engagement campaigns
Working closely with input and guidance from our HR team, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute internal campaigns that:
Support and drive recruitment
Again, working with key direction from and collaboration with HR, you will:
Social content
Branding campaigns
Events and storytelling
