Mattel is at its best when every member of our team feels respected, included, and heard—when everyone can show up as themselves and do their best work every day. We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
The Team:
Welcome to the team behind some of the world’s most loved games. The Games Global Brand Marketing team is where iconic play meets big ideas. We’re the stewards of legendary brands like UNO & Pictionary, and the creative force bringing new games, bold partnerships, and fresh IP to life.

The Games Team is looking for a Director of Brand Creative that is highly skilled in conceptualizing and expressing big ideas across multiple touchpoints. We are seeking someone that is collaborative and able to work alongside agency and cross-functional partners within marketing, packaging, live events, content, product design, and digital teams. Must have a passion for what we do every day.
