In this role, you’ll be the creative force behind Tata Steel’s digital and brand communications. Whether you’re crafting dynamic content for our digital platforms, developing cutting-edge campaigns, or ensuring our brand is consistently represented, you’ll have the opportunity to bring our story to life.
Your day-to-day might involve:
- Creating and managing dynamic digital content for websites, social channels, intranet and email communications.
- Shaping and executing the corporate brand vision to enhance awareness and reputation.
- Exploring emerging digital trends and leading pilot projects to incorporate the latest innovations into our communications.
- Ensuring our digital channels align with the Tata Steel brand and values, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Producing motion graphics, animated explainers and digital assets using Adobe After Effects.
- Planning, scripting, filming and editing high-quality video content for both internal and external audiences.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work to agreed deadlines

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a bold, imaginative thinker who’s passionate about digital communication and branding.
You’ll need:
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Expert level experience in Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Premier Pro, After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual and narrative outputs
- Confidence in operating DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, gimbals and audio gear plus a strong understanding of professional video production (lighting, sound, cameras, rigs).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
- A knack for identifying trends in the digital landscape and translating them into actionable plans.
