Job Description

Wynn Las Vegas has an in-house 24/7 full-service Entertainment Production Services and Sound & Video Department to accommodate audio-visual and technical requests associated with convention, exhibit, private and catered event functions. Customer support for our clients is the number one factor that determines our department’s success.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Branding Manager of Entertainment Productions Services, the Coordinator (Branding) of Entertainment Productions Services will be required to:

 

  • Coordinate the production, delivery, installation, and removal of print and digital branding.
  • Review all signage and digital files for accuracy and compliance with hotel guidelines.
  • Assist with testing, loading, and scheduling digital assets in the digital signage system.
  • Maintain the digital content schedule to ensure all files are displayed correctly by date, time, and location.
  • Organize client filed and help manage event branding materials.
  • Assist with proposals, branding orders, client signage matrices, and client branding overviews as needed, including updates as information changes.
  • Support with updates to branding guide, digital signage map, templates, and other branding resources.
  • Photograph installed branding for verification and archival documentation.
  • Help maintain the branding tracker and cross-check vendor, and branding invoices for accuracy.
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to work well with superiors, co-workers, clients, and vendors.
  • Performs a full range of administrative and coordination duties in support of the Branding Manager and Entertainment Production Services team.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Secretarial/Administrative role within an Entertainment A/V or resort environment.
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, or convention environments.
  • Experience with digital signage systems or content management software a plus.
  • Familiarity with print production processes, file specifications, and vendor coordination a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Willing to define, practice and conform to safe working procedures.
  • Knowledge of OSHA health and safety protocols is an asset.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with proven talents in leadership, safety, and teamwork.
  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Models a professional and polished appearance as required by company guidelines.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
